Before you begin

Find a familiar space.

A clear space, a stable seat and guidance that is right for you are a useful place to start.

  1. Make a little room

    Position the Glider on a level surface in front of a stable seat, with space around the track.

  2. Get to know the platform

    The foot platform follows the track forward and back. View the demonstrations below to see the product in use.

  3. Follow your guidance

    Use the pace, range and resistance recommended for your individual needs. Ask your healthcare professional if you are unsure.
