The RejuvaPath Glider is a manual movement tool with a straightforward design: a foot platform follows a defined track inside an oak frame. Understanding those details can help you get familiar with the product before you use it.
A guided sliding platform
The platform travels forward and back along the track. It is the person using the Glider who produces that motion. The product does not use a motor to move your leg for you.
You can see the platform in action in our demonstration videos. Pause the videos to look at how the Glider is positioned and how its parts move.
A compact oak frame
The oak frame gives the Glider its natural finish and defined shape. Anti-slip rubber pads sit underneath it. Position the product on a level surface with space around the track, and use a stable seat when following a seated setup.
Keep the track clear and check the frame and platform for visible damage before use. Contact us if you need cleaning or maintenance instructions specific to your Glider.
Resistance bands as an option
Resistance bands are included with the Glider. They provide an option for adding resistance, rather than a requirement for every routine.
For rehabilitation, ask your physiotherapist or healthcare professional whether the bands are appropriate for you and how they should fit into your individual plan. Contact our support team if you need help with the product's band setup.
Product design and personal guidance
A product demonstration explains how the equipment is used. It does not determine which movement is suitable for a particular injury, surgery or stage of recovery.
Your healthcare professional can advise on suitability, range, pace, duration and resistance. Follow their guidance rather than treating a general video or article as a prescribed rehabilitation programme.
